And unfortunate turn of a events lead to me breaking both my left ankle and my right foot. I needed immediate care 24/7. With one phone call to Griswald my problems were solved. The very next day the representative came to my home to assess the situation and determine how to best meet my needs. They arranged a caregiver to be with me throughout my recovery. The ladies who took care of me were amazing, caring and prompt in meeting all my needs every day. I would highly recommend this company if you find yourself in a situation where you need someone to care for a family member or yourself. They were amazing. Thank you Griswold for being there when I was at my worst.

I had certain things that were to be told to each of their care takers before they showed up in my home. They didn't do this. It caused unnecessary complications that I didn't have to go thru. Main care taker was good in the beginning. As time went on she was on her computer saying it was work while I was paying for her to be here. The last week she was on her the computer the whole time except to make me a fruit salad.The night aids had breathing problems. They were to stay awake the whole time. I was paying them hourly. The one aid kept me up all night snoring as she said she was praying.

Bringing Griswold into my parents home was the best decision our family ever made. Lucy is the caretaker and the woman is incredible. The compassion she shows for my mother who has been dealing with this is amazing. The fact is Lucy is awesome in everything she does. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. Thank you
