Our superiors are more than willing to supply us with what we need to care for our patients, as well as opportunities for further trainings and growth. They're incredibly understanding and accomodating, even when there's a poor connection with a patient and we require reassignment. OSHH absolutely puts the care of patients first, but employees come second and both receive quality attention to help us thrive. I love that we assist in obtaining occupational and physical therapies within our company too.“

I interviewed and was surprised how caring Jen was about the clients and also the caregivers. They insure all caregivers have been screened to meet the requirements of the state of Ohio.
