My 96 year old father was living in an independent living facility and it was becoming clear that he needed help with showering. The facility gave me a contact with Options and it was so helpful. A couple months later, my dad had 3 falls in 3 weeks (thankfully, with no serious injuries) and my family realized he needed to be moved to assisted living as soon as possible. With very little notice, Sarah at Options helped me schedule around the clock care for him until he could be placed. The care was superior. The caregivers were able to take such good care of my Mom. And she needed a lot of care. They were also able to engage her in conversation and guide here to what needed to be done. This wasn't easy and I really appreciated all they did. Would definitely recommend them!
