During that time, my mom has required varying levels of support, from 24/7 care when she was ill for several months to now nightly care and daytime companion care three days a week. FirstLight has delivered on every promise they've made. They are professional and proactive with communication, and their caregivers are the best I've encountered in terms of their kindness, compassion and consistency. My mom really enjoys their company and looks forward to their visits. In the (very) rare instance that a scheduled caregiver has not been able to make their shift at the last minute, the company communicated with me and ensured that someone else came.
