“We have used Berry Hoffman of Hoffman Construction and his crew for several construction projects, big and small. We have always found Barry punctual, responsible, resourceful, and imaginative in finding solutions to problems in our older home.

We needed a structural repair for a recurring crack in our ceiling that was due to a design defect dating from its original construction. Barry worked out a solution with our structural engineer and came up with a novel solution the engineer approved.

Barry’s crew worked over three days to rebuild the ceiling support in the narrow crawl space of our attic. They were always on time, polite, informative, and cleaned up promptly and thoroughly at the end of the day.

We had a second HVAC issue which Barry dealt with the same creativity and responsibility. We have found his prices reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work.

“A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! So I reached out on Facebook and other places to get at least 3 quotes, all from friends who gave their recommendations. Montenegro Restoration won the bid for many reasons, 1. Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience.
