“I am a big fan of Jace Roofing and Construction, Alex the owner, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced. They're competitively priced, they have the best warranty of any of the 6-7 roofers I had give me quotes (15 year workmanship warranty) and, most importantly, I trusted their owner Alex to give my roof all the attention he'd give his own. I can't understate this- in an industry such as roofing, I met no other roofer with integrity rivaling Alex.---Being a relatively new homeowner, two years ago I requested Alex to come to my house and give me a tentative quote on our roof. I had no idea how much a roof would be and wanted get an idea of cost while our roof still had some life left in it. He knew that I wasn't looking to replace the roof at that moment and still gave me all the effort and attention of a would-be immediate customer.This year when I planned on moving forward with the roof, Alex was one of several roofers that I contacted to give me quotes. What differentiated Jace Construction was that they don't hire subcontractors (all of the workers are their designated employees), they had good reviews, and a great warranty. Furthermore, Alex was candid and honest about the whole process, and timely in his communication. He was willing to work with my insurance, as the storm last March had affected some of our shingles.Once the insurance process and paperwork was completed, we scheduled a day in August for roof installation. The roof was completed in two days as he was down a couple of guys on the first day. I requested an edge vent be put in to increase ventilation on the second story of our 1.5 story home. THIS EDGE VENT HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE GAMECHANGER. Our upstairs used to be stifling during the summer days, but is now remarkably comfortable. While not covered by insurance, Alex was willing to put this in for a nominal cost compared to his competitors. All in all, we have a beautiful roof that has made our home more aesthetically pleasing and more comfortable, and we have the utmost confidence that it will serve us well for years and years to come.“

He talked to our insurance company and we pretty much didn't have to do anything on that end. We picked out the type of shingle we wanted, then a few days later they had a crew come out and completely reshingle our house in one day! It looks amazing and I have no complaints at all.
