We also had one screen get torn because of debris from the tear-off. But here's what you need to know. Derek went above and beyond... he found out our main culprit for why our roof was in rough shape and since he had some parts in his truck, he added the necessary ventilation for our bathrooms at no additional charge... and nobody beat his price for the tear-off, reroof and the price per sheet of plywood... not even close. And his crew is fast... they had to replace over half of one side of the plywood... 31 sheets to be exact, and they STILL finished in one day. I recommend him for the price, the personal touch and the speed of his crew.“
