“5 years ago they were awesome! Wil Nixon was my sales rep. Experience was professional, nice and effective at communication. I recently got gutters by reaching out to Wil. The workers randomly showed up one day without any warning. I was thankful that I happened to be home that day. the workers broke some of my pots and expensive flower bulbs. The manager didn't even want to help or credit me. Wil was very impersonal. I even talked to him about it. I looked past all that and asked about siding my garage. I had to chase them for quotes, etc. Wil basically hung up on me today. I no longer recommend Final Touch and it makes me sad because I had such a good experience my first time. I recommended them to friends in the past, but not anymore. I called the office too, no response!“

“Our experience had to do wiith storm damage to our home in 2025. Our experience together started out rocky HOWEVER, , Oaks Roofing & Siding came through. We had to get new siding, roofing, gutters, etc. replaced on the whole front of our home and garage, as well as a new front exterior door.
