Gil assessed unexpected water intrusion and mold, and also let them know of other areas in the house that had mold, confirming mold in the attic and the need to properly vent bathroom fans. Gil and Jeremy are experts and educate without making you feel fearful.

Had 3 other quotes and Airguard was the cheapest and most impressive. Great Company to work with. Promptly on time. Always very responsive throughout the scheduling process. Very knowledgeable and thorough during the assessment, and mold remediation itself. Trustworthy, hardworking and professional crew.
