When the leak persisted, they replaced the roof completely. Throughout the entire process, they sent photos of each step all the way through completion.

Dawon and Ron were great to work with in March. They came on a single day notice to troubleshoot and repair a leak in my roof/shingles during a rainy stretch, then stopped back out a couple days later to re-check it. Very nice and thorough work.
