Although there was someone there, No person contact is necessary. Simply Walk up to machine, enter your info on the screen, deposit your clothes. You'll receive a text message when ready. Upon pickup, enter your ph number and tap your cc, it displays your items and retrieves your clothes. I was in and out in minutes. I never seen anything like this before but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that technology has reached and is impacting every industry. Nonetheless I was very impressed by how fast and efficient it was here.“

When I mentioned that I would schedule an appointment for my wedding dress, I was asked if it was strapless. I then got the best recommendation for a corset bra that actually stays up, is comfortable, and unbelievably flattering.

I brought both the bra and dress for a fitting and have honestly never felt more beautiful… until I picked it up today!

“Dave was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I was on a business trip and got ink on my pants. I gave them a call, and they said they’d use their special chemicals and give it a try. Unfortunately, the ink stain was too severe, and the pants couldn’t be saved. To be honest, I did not have much hope—but I appreciated that they at least tried. They didn’t charge me in the end, which I truly appreciated. Dave also recommended some must-see spots in Cleveland, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend them if you need any cleaning done!“
