I got my hair done by a stylist named Alicia here a few days ago before my birthday. The overall experience was poor the stylist kept changing my appointment date which the first time was understandable fast forward to the last appointment change,my appointment was scheduled for 130 I get there at 115 I let her know I was there she informed me she was on her way okay cool. She didn't get there til 150 when I enter she was on the phone gossiping which should've been the first red flag. Now she was a sweet lady but unprofessional to make a long story short she left In the middle of doing my hair because she went to pick up her kids. In the end she cut my bundles too short...read full review
