Michael was awesome. Came within 45 minutes and fixed our backdoor screen lock which had to be cut out. Save us $350 by not having to replace the lock. We could not use the back entrance which was a serious problem for us.
Mikhail is very responsive. He also is clearly a personable and kind man, but when working, all business. On a Saturday, upon discovering that a key ring with keys to multiple locks for my residence was missing, I called him. He answered immediately. He asked whether my situation was an emergency or urgent. I explained that my situation was “sooner rather than later” and of concern, and he said he could be at my place at 9am (on a Sunday !) — and he did arrive a couple of minutes before 9am. I had a great experience with Mikhail. I was in a tight spot as a tenant moved out and locked her keys in the unit so I had no way to get in. He came out within the hour and he was able to quickly replace the lock for me. He had great communication and was reliable. I definitely recommend Mikhail
