“Al from Smithy's Plumbing LLC came out on a main line sewer backeup and augerered multiple times, but still backing up, Al contacted (MSD) Metropolitan Sewer Dept. for me to come out and check there side of the main sewer line with camera, MSD came out at no cost to me and ran camera in and out mutiple times and backflushed multiple times, after they cleaned out the city side of the line, the main sewer line seems to be running fine with no backup... “The technicians provided fast and excellent work! They removed a section of cast iron sewer pipe and replaced with PVC. Removed and replaced the entire section of kitchen sink drain and replace the shower drain hookup. While they were here I had them replace a water shut off to the toilet. All the plumbing looks professional and they cleaned up the mess. They also took the 60 pound hunk of cast iron with them, which is cool, because I did not want to deal with that stinky thing!! All in all, they did a great job and would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for your plumbing needs.“
