“Mr Rooter completed the scheduled drain cleaning between the house and street drain, the showed the completed work on camera which revealed some possible work needed in the future to repair a low area in the line. Once the work was completed another issue was identified by the Tech with the drain from the kitchen sink draining slowly, he negotiated the additional cost and then set out to make the drain work like new.<br>I will be contacting Mr Rooter for any plumbing needed in the future!”

“Plumbtite fitted my request in, showed up and fixed my gas line all on the same day. Professionalism was good, but pricing was a bit steep and you don’t learn that until they arrive. A $99 diagnostic fee will be charged on top of the fix cost which I believe is unnecessary but is policy (I think the $99 should go towards the fix). When dealing with gas lines you want the work done well and right (which they did), and that is what matters most.”
