“Al from Smithy's Plumbing LLC came out on a main line sewer backeup and augerered multiple times, but still backing up, Al contacted (MSD) Metropolitan Sewer Dept. for me to come out and check there side of the main sewer line with camera, MSD came out at no cost to me and ran camera in and out mutiple times and backflushed multiple times, after they cleaned out the city side of the line, the main sewer line seems to be running fine with no backup... Don't know why I didn't go roto rooter the first time because they snaked it perfectly. Thats my fault. That same bathroom got clogged again and roto rooter was able to snake it within an hour so I'm appreciative of that. I believe roto rooter has a customer for life if anything happens. Price was a little steep for a drain but Id pay any price for my fiance to stop complaining about not being able to use the sink in the mornings.“

“Hats off to A+ Plumbing. My technician, Brennan Durbin, did an amazing job of repairing my main incoming water line. Mr. Durbin explained the normal process and was open to my non-standard request. I compaired the A+ Pluming quote with 2 other plumbing companies, and they were the middle quote. However, he also included seed and hay after the repair and the others did not. (Be sure you compair apples to apples.) The line replacement was done efficiently even though the equipment was delivered late, (the late delivery was not his fault), he stayed late to completw the job in one day.
