“The technician arrived quickly, and was able to open up part of the root blockage right away. The technician with the camera also arrived soon after he left. Unfortunately this is a very old property and the ceramic pipe is cracked and broken in several spots and will need to be replaced. Both men were very professional and friendly.“

I had a refrigerator water line leak and when trying to turn off that line, I noticed a water leak under the sink. I called McHugh’s and Jake and Chip came out for an estimate. These two guys were able to come out to replace my fridge water line and all of the valves under my kitchen sink as well as put in a new faucet. “WyattWorks is hands down, THE best plumbing company we've ever done business with. While it's never a good thing to have to call these guys (we had to have our whole sewer line replaced..ouch) they made the whole process sting a little less by their amazing customer service. I wish I could remember the names of all the guys that came out . They were all great! Everyone was so professional, kind and considerate. They let us know what they were doing every step of the way and checked with us to make sure we were okay with everything. Communication was great too. We were never left wondering what the next step was or when they were going to show up. Beard promptly assessed everything in a kind and courteous manner. Above and beyond care and attentiveness, even investigating other issues they weren’t there to assess.

Unfortunately my landlord chose to get a second opinion, dragged their feet and the other company was deeply wrong, Beard was right and my daughter’s room, bathroom, etc flooded. due to the entirety of the line in my front being cracked (just like Beard said!)
