So thorough, answered questions I don’t even know I had, and nearly same price for a 6-month treatment as I was paying Aptive to come bimonthly. We had an inactive wasp/hornet nest high up in the peak of our roof. Virginia couldn’t reach it when she treated our home. Ken followed up and asked if she was able to reach it. When I told him no and that it was fine since it was inactive, he came over and removed it anyway so we wouldn’t have to! The gentleman who took the order placed three bait stations outside my house and two in my basement. That same night, the mouse was dealt with.
