“I was worried about bed bugs & got 2 companies to give estimates. I can't speak highly enough about the expertise, care and communication skills that Ken from Mulholland Pest Control demonstrated! His inspection was meticulous, and his explanation was thorough. I was freaked out enough to pay a lot of money for an extermination, but he said it wasn't necessary. He explained how he looked and why he didn't believe I had bedbugs. He talked about what I should look for and what to do in the future. There was a modest fee for the inspection ($55.00 in November 2023) but it was well, well worth it. (BTW, the national chain I also called sent someone to inspect who took almost no time, said I needed it, and scheduled an extermination with very little explanation about how to prep for it. Plus the fee was twice what I paid Mulholland).“

“Although Mike & I had issues playing telephone tag (& we resorted to texting), to his credit he followed up to make the appointment.Hopefully the results will not alter my 5 Stars rating.He arrived during the time frame he promised & inspected the areas of concerns.He "fogged" the obvious area (above the carpenter ants' "sawdust ") &, at my request, sprayed the perimeter of my house as a preventative caution.I'm to contact him after a few weeks if there's more "sawdust".I appreciated him explaining ants' life cycle.“
