“I forgot to leave a review for my service roughly a year-and-a-half ago. A mouse had gotten inside and when my attempts didn't work, I was able to get a same-day appointment. The gentleman who took the order placed three bait stations outside my house and two in my basement. That same night, the mouse was dealt with. “I scheduled an exterminator but called Bed Bug BBQ anyway to see what they had to say. I was on a budget. Vicki was very helpful by telling me about a product they use, Aprehend which was suggested since I wasn't interested in heat treatment due to the price. She asked me to send her some photos and said Chris would call me and check them out. He did and agreed to do an inspection the same day. I was very surprised but he did not find evidence of bed bugs (I didn't have many pictures but what I found most looked like a larvae-a cream color. He turned my mattress over to check as well as checking the closet and other places and did not find evidence of bed bugs. He recommended that I don't get bed bug treatment. He also gave me a magnifying glass which is wonderful because I had started to question every speck I saw! The magnifying glass doesn't lie. Thanks, Chris, Vicki and Bed Bug BBQ!“
