From start to finish, I felt completely at ease with Bed Bug BBQ. I’m a very anxious person in general, so finding bugs and noticing bites took a pretty significant toll on me, both mentally and physically. After doing some research, I reached out to Bed Bug BBQ, and Vicky was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I immediately felt comfortable explaining my situation to her, and I didn’t feel judged for even a second. She explained the next steps and quickly got an inspection scheduled with the owner, Chris.
Chris came out the very next day and put my mind at ease by explaining that he didn’t see any signs indicating that treatment was necessary. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, show me pictures, and answer my concerns. He never made me feel rushed, and I genuinely felt like I could trust his knowledge, advice, and recommendations.
Honestly, this experience was a reminder that good people really do exist. Chris and Vicky were compassionate, honest, and reassuring during a situation that was incredibly stressful for me.
