“The owner of Robinhood Pest Solutions -Clint- informed me over the phone on a Saturday that he is available to assist with my bird issue on Sunday! I told him i believed there were bird(s) getting into my bathroom exhaust fan. Just from my description over the phone, he believed they were birds as well, and quoted me $300. Clint arrived promptly on Sunday and determined I needed a new exterior dryer vent cover since part of mine broke off. He drove to Home Depot to buy the vent cover. He installed an exterior vent cover, cleaned the pipes and bathroom exhaust fan and only charged me $250 since he didn't have to go on a ladder. Clint was professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I am happy with the whole experience!“

The gentleman who took the order placed three bait stations outside my house and two in my basement. That same night, the mouse was dealt with.
