I appreciate my service tech Thomas Wallace he is unbelievably helpful knowledgeable and comes when I need him. He calls me the night before or text me to let me know he's coming and between what times. He has great customer service skills I really appreciate him. he always lets me know he'll come back if I need anything and he does come back. he has never missed a service that was asked of him. I truly appreciate everything he's done for me with my outdoor service and especially my flea treatments. Because of him I am able to live in peace for awhile.Service: Flea & mite extermination

I’m not totally satisfied with the service from this company. First, the sales person did not explain the contract and I was locked into a finance plan without fully understanding all of the details. Second, I continue to hear noises in my attic and no one has come out to check the traps. Recently, a technician did an inspection of my house without prior notice, and spent five minutes, not thoroughly inspecting all of the gaps between the foundation of the house and the ground. He missed the groundhog cage. He missed the spots where chipmunks were still burrowing near the house, and stated in his report that no further action was needed.Service: Rodent extermination

The technician is always punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the situation in performance of inspections and handling our problems. He informed me prior to his arrival when he would be here. He gave me a very detailed report of his findings and his actions in taking care of the problems.
