Danny greeted my husband and with politeness. He was very mannered as well as informative about what was being done with our treatments and traps. When we asked questions he answered with wisdom. It truly a blessing to have met Danny.
Daniel was very polite and timely. We appreciate that Daniel was able to spray for ants, spiders, etc. We don’t see why we were charged us $256 to come and spray and help with the mice. However, there seems to be a disconnect between the person that scheduled the appointment and the technician. We were assured that the technician would look around the outside of the house to determine where the mice are entering. We were also told that he would help find the path of the mice that were in the house. That did not happen and Daniel did not seem to know that he was supposed to do that. Jeremy is our technician and he goes above and beyond every time! He is friendly and always provides recommendations and guidance to keep the pests away. He responds quickly whenever I have questions and concerns!
