His name was Bernard. When I didn't answer his telephone call. I called him back. But he had gone to the next customer. He agreed to return to my home and did an excellent job! He answered all my questions.

Your Tech did a great job. My only concern is that I requested that the back yard be sprayed for MOSQUITOES. THIS wasn't done and I would like to get it done.
