“I contacted Dan yesterday because my elderly parent's garbage disposal wasn't working and the sink was retaining water. He answered the phone right away and discussed a few things to try and troubleshoot over the phone. Unfortunately, I had tried them all to no avail. He told me he was pulling up to another job, however he would be over right after. Not only did he come within a few hours of me calling him on a Saturday, but he fixed the issue, left a tool to fix the issue should it arise again and took less than what he was going to originally charge because he didn't want to leave my dad with no money in his pocket. Any other company would've charged a ridiculous amount for just the diagnostic, not to mention the repair. Dan you have gained yourself a new customer. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism, you are truly a gem!!“

I just can't get down on the floor anymore so these men worked well together and you can tell they have done this before like surgeons. Decent price and cleaned up well. “I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward.
