“When I arrived at the Cleveland hearing in speech Center in Westlake, I was a little scared. I didn’t know what was going to happen, but they assured me with full confidence that everything was going to be fine. I got measured or measured for my hearing aid I guess had a nice conversation and I am expected back within a few weeks to pick my hearing aids up and I will post again to update that. Thank you.“

“We have been patients at the Brooklyn location for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences . In the past every one has been very helpful and kind . Unfortunately, there is always that one instant where professionalism lacks. On June 16th, I was treated at the ER and was asked to contact my doctor to thoroughly explain the results. I called and my doctor but she was not available due to prior responsibilities/appointments.I made an appointment for when she would be back . I completely understand I am not the only patient . I called back and ask for some onto call me who would be able to explain briefly on what was stated.I am aware that due to privacy they can not go in full detail but I have had in the past her assistants call me .THEY GAVE HER A MESSAGE Today 6/17/2026 WAS NOT ONE OF THEM. I recieved a call from nurse Karen who was very rude and curt in her responses. I don't even know what her purpose of calling me was because she was not helping what so ever. She asked me What did they tell you at the ER ? If I new Why would I be calling your office several times to find out??? It was as if she was being bothered. She actually told me SHE WAS JUST CALLING ME BACK BECAUSE THEY ASKED HER TO.At this point I was so upset I asked her did she even look at the notes .She then said no and informed me me the doctor wont be back till month's end.Where my response was pretty much she'd been no help. As I stated before everyone in the past has been quite awesome but there's always gonna be that one individual who needs a class in common manners and empathy on all aspects when dealing with patients. Respect goes a long way. My reaction depends on your action Nurse Karen. Very unfortunate. Try better.“

“Nice cafeteria with a pleasant atmosphere. However, not all staff members have a welcoming attitude; I noticed that the female employees tended to be more friendly and helpful. The mini coffee shop located on the right-hand side of the main entrance serves a very good cappuccino, as shown in the attached photos.
Regarding other services; in general good history for good service for me.“

“UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting. I had less back pain after my sessions. I just need to sit less at work; meaning, try to get up every hour to walk around...haha. I know we all struggle with sitting for too long during the work day. Also. I may be confusing both locations of University Hospitals on Detroit Road but I believe I came to this location for an X-Ray as well. “I have used this practice before for minor issues and was happy with the experience. I had a Gout attack last week that was not responding to oral steroids. Dr. Halpert saw me first thing Monday morning and injected the inflamed joint giving me almost instant relief. He is an outstanding Podiatrist and a caring professional.
