“Our 16 year old boiler went out during the night on 1/14. I called at 6:30am and Justin was at our house 2 hours later. Long story short we needed a new boiler. Justin was back at our house on 1/15, all day, and got about 75% of the work done and was back the next morning to finish up. Justin did an excellent job and was was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When the job was done he took the time to explain the various connections and parts of the entire system. Kudos to Justin for a job well done, and kudos to Service Experts for getting us back up and running so quickly during a bad cold spell.”

“Had phenomenal service today from Butler Heating for our residential boiler (in a 100yo 4000+ sq ft home). We had been receiving suboptimal service from another company who claimed to be experts in boiler servicing. After ignoring an obvious issue for two years, we had been told yesterday by that company our only option was replacement. Feeling a second opinion was in our best interest, I called Butler and got a prompt appt for the afternoon. First we had Keith come to our home; incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, friendly and professional. In his 30+ yr opinion he felt our boiler could likely be fixed vs replaced. He worked with the service department to ensure Brandon (a service technician) could try to come out in the afternoon, given the dangerous temps. Brandon arrived prob an hour later and was terrific! Talked me through everything and could not have been more helpful, professional, and spot on! He repaired the boiler and saved us from having to replace right now. And after we settled up and he left, he returned not 5 min after as he noticed our vent exiting the home was covered by some snow! I never would have known this and it could’ve been an issue. Extremely impressed with everyone I talked to/worked with today (Nick, Tim, Keith and Brandon) and cannot recommend them more highly! Very appreciative of this company”

“Had a great experience with Ed Rike Plumbing. They have been out multiple times for various issues we have had and they were incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Ricky and Steve most recently helped out with a water heater issue and they were able to get the parts they needed quickly and installed which solved the issue. They were very friendly and even gave us some tips on other stuff we could repair/replace on our own not related to the current issue that will save us from problems in the future. Couldn't recommend them more. Prices are also very reasonable and they were up front about wanting to help save us some money on the repairs. Great company!”

“The service tech and response time were amazing, cost way high. I googled average cost $150-300, we paid $335. We are on freezing temps on a snow storm eith my one year old grand daughter, so I just paid it. Hassam, our tech, was great though and very informative and very kind in understanding our situation. He does not set the price and I would use him on a personal level again. The 4 stars, not 5, is strictly because of the high price.”

Out of all the times I have needed service, only one time was I told her couldn't get to me that day, but later that day he showed up because he had a cancellation. If your heat or AC is out Noonan's makes every effort to help you, and I am always pleasantly surprised with the bill. Very trustworthy company. Plus, he loves dogs, which to me is a sign of good character.”
“I called United this morning about a noise our furnace was making, I was concerned since the weather is so cold about it breaking down. The owner, Matt; is so knowledgeable to talk with on the phone, he was on another job but sent Joel over to my house to check out my furnace within 3 hours. I was so pleased & amazed at the quick response; I figured it would be several days to get someone here. Joel is also very knowledgeable & professional, discovered the issue which was nothing major and I feel relieved that I don't have to worry my furnace will go out in subzero temps. I would 110% recommend Matt & his team at United, they are a small company, with friendly knowledgeable staff. Their pricing is affordable, which is just another reason to put them on your speed dial for heating & plumbing needs. Wonderful service, great people!”
