Dr. Yang was incredibly attentive and took the time to help me select two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses after my annual eye exam. I am absolutely delighted with both pairs I received; the fit and clarity are perfect. Additionally, the staff at Bellbrook Vision Center were friendly and patient throughout my visit, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed. “This practice has been very helpful for our family. I dearly miss Dr Eckhardt. In the meantime, Dr Timmerman’s sing song voice has been a staple. About 2 years ago, the practice acquired Dr Heng. I have 2 children and also need vision a prescription. So, I visit this office 3x each year. Dr Heng has become my favorite provider at this office. She automatically explains everything, and is quick to understand and explain anything. Recently, she commented on a relationship of medical diagnoses and related daily medications to the eye and sight. I hadn’t written the medication on the sheet. Dr Heng asked about medications, I told her, and she immediately responded with info about how that childhood medication also effects eye development Amazing!!“

“Excellent service, great value.I think of how much I've paid for glasses over the years (easily $400 a pair) and at Downtown I secured two pairs for less than $100. I appreciate how they watch costs and pass those savings on to their customers.“

“As stated in recent reviews, Dr. Tran is amazing. Especially with my daughter. The lady who checks you out and orders and does measurements has always been so kind and understanding! My daughter couldn’t choose between two glasses and she told me that our insurance covers two pair a year after seeing my daughter was having trouble choosing, and even helped her narrow them down !

My only concern would be the same as other reviews when it comes to the front staff. I have too, came in and waited in line and been told I was late after I know the staff member seen us standing and waiting. On another occasion I was rushing to get to my daughter’s appointment after getting her from school and didn’t grab my license. I was asked if I had her insurance card and my ID, and I said no I requested a card be sent in the mail and haven’t received it and I didn’t have my ID because I had been rushing and left it at home and the staff member rudely said “You don’t have your drivers license with you” in a judgmental way. I felt like a child and like I had to explain why I didn’t grab it, which to me is not professional at all making someone feel that way and I have been in healthcare for over 10 years. In my case it has always been the same front staff. I know things can get overwhelming but it seems to be a common issue with the same front staff which is the face of the practice when you come in.“

“I have had great care each time over the past 6 years. I have heard from 2 personal friends, separates visits, the the Dr. did not change gloves ( rubber gloves) between patients. “While they have not had an eye doctor there in a few years, I still want to praise the people who do keep the clinic open. I have had excellent service from the three workers I have interacted with (Tara, Freya, and the young man whose name I have forgotten). They are so helpful and give outstanding customer service with a smile and a great attitude. I appreciate them very much and my most recent pair of glasses are perfect and just what I ordered. There is a shortage of eye doctors in our country, and I know they are doing the best that they can. I appreciate them being open, even if they don't have a doctor available. They still can take care of you if you have a prescription and need to order a new pair or need a quick adjustment. Thank you!“

“The Walmart vision and glasses center is great place providing great customer care and service!In November 2020 I received my first pair of glasses ever!!Besides the fact that I always wanted my eye vision to be perfect, excellent or whatever they were,everything was incredible they made me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation!I am not a prescription glasses person at all!!!The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and informative!He prescribed me glasses that are important that I use for reading and see my smartphone clearer, it's like HD!!I went the cheap route because I was hoping I didn't really need them.I wish I would have exchanged within the 2-month period but no worries I will come back soon and upgrade my glasses.I think they will have to recut the lens but I'm all right with that so I can feel more comfortable wearing them.I'll have these things for a long time. “This place has been amazing with my whole family. Dr. Fox has been wonderful with my three children, my wife, and me. The office staff has always been patient and soft spoken when explaining things. Dr. Fox is extremely patient with my kids (7, 12, 15). She has taken the time to explain what things are, why she is doing what she does with the equipment, and has been very thorough in her exam, regardless of if we are buying glasses there or not. We have been going here for years. I have never left without laughing at least once. I have never felt pressured into buying glasses. My kids insist that we take them here, and I agree.“

“I went there first back in November of last year for my own glasses. I found the staff very kind and hardworking. My son is on the spectrum and was in need of glasses so I decided to take him here as well. Staff did not disappoint in any way shape or form. They were patient and so great with him. The virtual tech Alexander did a great job of guiding him through the exam. I decided last minute to get his glasses delivered. They quoted me two weeks but I got them ten minutes ago today :)
