The staff, especially Ryan, is praised as super helpful, nice, and reliable when it comes to buying or ordering contacts and glasses. Customers appreciate the excellent service and care they receive at Walmart Vision Center.
I like the glasses technician, Don. He’s very frank and direct with speaking. He molds my glasses around my ears very well and is willing to work with me on things I ask for. I also like Dr. Speros. He explains things to me very clearly and I feel comfortable talking to him throughout my eye exams. Gloria is also very nice and courteous. I will say that when I call the office, I sometimes get Walmart’s main store number. They then tell me they’ll redirect my call to the vision center and then I still get Walmart’s main line. Not sure how the internal call system works but I’m sure that could be improved.
Dr. Speros is wonderful! It was a great visit/eye exam and I thankful for everything he explained throughout. Much better than my previous experience with another provider where u felt lost throughout the process.
The glasses selection in the store was a bit underwhelming, and the staff were just okay but nothing compared to Dr. Speros.
There are so many bad reviews, but I had a great experience here. From the woman who checked us in, the Dr for the visit and the gentleman who helped order my glasses. Everyone was very friendly and I had great conversations with them all.
