Five stars for the staff! They are welcoming, personal, and attentive - but most of all patient! Like many people these days, I struggle with decision fatigue so I take forever when choosing frames and I didn't feel rushed or shamed for how long I was taking or for asking for advice on how they looked. They gave me genuine opinions on them rather than saying they all looked good to get me to choose one.I think maybe they need more fashionable frame options in affordable price ranges so that customers do not feel they need to go elsewhere to get frames they really like. It may just be me as I am picky and have specific preferences.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. Also, thanks to Betty for helping my daughter replace her broken frames right before closing time so she could have them in time for a school concert.
I had the best experience! All of the office staff were excellent. They made me feel welcome and at home. The man at the front desk is very helpful. The assistant who took the pictures of my eyes is very nice and has a lot of patience. The doc is very efficient and nice. I can't say enough good things about the ladies assisting with the glasses and check out. They are awesome!
