If you suspect something is wrong with your vision outside of just needing glasses, I don't recommend this place. I was here about 2 years ago and complained about things being dim in one eye during the peripheral test. I only signaled a few times that I saw something. I asked if they could make it brighter or something, the nurse said nothing. Saw the doctor, complained that things are dim in that eye and I did very poorly on the peripheral test. Asked if that was normal. My complaint wasn't even acknowledged. The office is very clean and the glasses with my prescription arrived quickly and this is why I gave them 3 stars versus 1. The doctor was very nice. The issue I have is with a few of the staff. The front desk was very unwelcoming to the point that I felt like I was bothering them. Not welcoming AT ALL. When I picked up my glasses the young lady that was working with me in fitting glasses barely said 2 words to me. Dr. Molly O'Neill at the Centerville location is fantastic and her recommendations dramatically improved the vision of my son and I. For years our son endured frustrating vision issues under our previous doctor. Once we switched practices and Dr. Molly examined him; she diagnosed the problem and suggested prism lenses and now his vison is dramatically improved. She also changed my prescription and I see better and no longer squint at the computer and when driving. Dr. Molly is easy to work with and we highly recommend her for your family vison needs!
