“I like the glasses technician, Don. He’s very frank and direct with speaking. He molds my glasses around my ears very well and is willing to work with me on things I ask for. I also like Dr. Speros. He explains things to me very clearly and I feel comfortable talking to him throughout my eye exams. Gloria is also very nice and courteous. I will say that when I call the office, I sometimes get Walmart’s main store number. They then tell me they’ll redirect my call to the vision center and then I still get Walmart’s main line. Not sure how the internal call system works but I’m sure that could be improved.“
