“I just established with Dr McManus as I needed a new eye doctor after having moved back to the area. I was impressed by his availability to get me in quickly as a new patient. His front desk staff was courteous and helpful. He performed a thorough exam, explained things well, and was the most proactive optometrist I have had in terms of explaining possible risks associated with my particular eye features. I was very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend Dr. McManus!“

“As stated in recent reviews, Dr. Tran is amazing. Especially with my daughter. The lady who checks you out and orders and does measurements has always been so kind and understanding! My daughter couldn’t choose between two glasses and she told me that our insurance covers two pair a year after seeing my daughter was having trouble choosing, and even helped her narrow them down !

My only concern would be the same as other reviews when it comes to the front staff. I have too, came in and waited in line and been told I was late after I know the staff member seen us standing and waiting. On another occasion I was rushing to get to my daughter’s appointment after getting her from school and didn’t grab my license. I was asked if I had her insurance card and my ID, and I said no I requested a card be sent in the mail and haven’t received it and I didn’t have my ID because I had been rushing and left it at home and the staff member rudely said “You don’t have your drivers license with you” in a judgmental way. I felt like a child and like I had to explain why I didn’t grab it, which to me is not professional at all making someone feel that way and I have been in healthcare for over 10 years. In my case it has always been the same front staff. I know things can get overwhelming but it seems to be a common issue with the same front staff which is the face of the practice when you come in.“

“This place has been amazing with my whole family. Dr. Fox has been wonderful with my three children, my wife, and me. The office staff has always been patient and soft spoken when explaining things. Dr. Fox is extremely patient with my kids (7, 12, 15). She has taken the time to explain what things are, why she is doing what she does with the equipment, and has been very thorough in her exam, regardless of if we are buying glasses there or not. We have been going here for years. I have never left without laughing at least once. I have never felt pressured into buying glasses. My kids insist that we take them here, and I agree.“

“I went there first back in November of last year for my own glasses. I found the staff very kind and hardworking. My son is on the spectrum and was in need of glasses so I decided to take him here as well. Staff did not disappoint in any way shape or form. They were patient and so great with him. The virtual tech Alexander did a great job of guiding him through the exam. I decided last minute to get his glasses delivered. They quoted me two weeks but I got them ten minutes ago today :)
