My son is rough on his glasses apparently. We went into the store today with two broken pairs of glasses and thanks to Robin we came out with two free pairs of glasses. Merry Christmas early. Robin was so very sweet and helpful.

Today was my first experience with Stanton Optical in Beavercreek, OH. I was a little confused when I got there, I didn't see any place to check in. I looked around because I was early for my appointment. I found the eye exam area and checked in with Eriel. She was the only person working this area. She was extremely busy but got everyone started reasonably quickly. I had never had an exam like this one, the examiner was on line and communicating with the equipment in the office. Eriel explained it to me as did the examiner. It went the same as any refraction I have had in the past.On to finding frames. I worked with Robin for this. Never use Stanton. I called to cancel and order after being pressured into glasses i didn’t like. They said it would be canceled and I’d get my refund. Turns out they didn’t cancel, my glasses were still processed and now I have to wait for a call back after calling a second time for my refund. For how expensive glasses are, this is the worst customer service. I want my refund!Edit: I will bump up to 3 stars, the manager saw my review and immediately called and refunded me. Didn’t make any excuses and processed the refund.
