“On Wednesday at 9am I went to the Mason location with my son who has broken every pair of glasses he had. A man named Timothy helped me get him a pair of glasses. I explained to Timothy that I was on a tight budget and pay day wasn't until Friday. He was so gracious and kind and got me out the door with new glasses in 15 minutes. I have never had such excellent customer service in my life and had to let it be known. Give that man a raise and a paid vacation, he's earned it. Thanks for your time.”
