“My husband and I visited Eye Care Optical for me to shop for new frames. It was our first time there. I found the frames I wanted. I needed adjustments to the lenses and it meant sending the glasses back to the lab on 2 different occasions. The staff is professional , friendly, and helpful. During the 4 visits I made, clients would come and go and the staff greeted and treated their clients like family, called them by name, asked about their kids and their travels. With each visit, it was a consistent level of kindness and caring service. This is teamwork at it's finest. This team genuinely cares about the client and the services provided. Thank you caring. “The Dr. didn’t insist that I get the glasses that I don’t need. In other words insist that I get glasses for distance when I only need reading glasses. Said that the ones I buy in the store is fine but the prescription readers would probably be better. The person helping me pick out what I needed only suggested instead of telling me that I had to get the coatings and the protection plan. I will go back in a year“

“This eye doctor office is truly amazing! I used to dread coming to the eye doctor, however, Dr. Hartman and staff made my annual visit so easy and enjoyable! I was running a little late due to traffic, so I called the office to let them know and immediately Kaitlyn was able to reschedule me to a time a little later in the morning. Upon arriving, everybody at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Kiana, the assistant, took me back to start my exam and she was so knowledgeable! You could tell she really did enjoy her job. This was my first time meeting Dr. Hartman and I was very impressed. I have had a lot of inconsistency over the years trying to find a good eye doctor, but I will definitely be coming back to him! He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns about my eye health and was able to answer all my questions. Teresa finished off my appointment with helping me order new contacts and she was very kind and professional. Also, just a bonus, they were playing Taylor Swift the entire visit!! I would 100% recommend this eye doctor!!“

“Easy to get appointment. Doctor was open to all questions and answered in a way I could understand. Solid Exam. Support staff out front was great. Only issue was the time they needed to sort out my insurance policy and what it covered..that still remains to be seen but not really a Walmart Eye Shop issue the policy is full of double speak..“
