“I can't even describe how completely not only thrilled but ECSTATIC I am about getting my new glasses. I had my exam back in January but due to unforseen financial situations I wasn't able to order my glasses until recently. America's Best on Bechtle ave in Springfield Ohio is the absolute BEST!!! I was helped by a girl named Kaley (or Hayley - sometimes I don't hear very well either) and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! (The entire staff there is WONDERFUL!!!) I was getting the 2 pr for $95 and had 3 pairs I just couldn't decide between. I was in love with the one that was a thinner metal frame but due to my prescription strength I didn't think I could get them. She took the time to look up my prescription and said since I was getting one pr for reading & the other for distance, my reading prescription would fit in the frames I was in love with. So, now we were left with a decision between the final two. She helped me make the final decision and I was so surprised to find that the pairs I chose had a discount and were only $85 instead of the $95. I was told they'd be in in about 2 weeks and was beyond pleased when a week later (last night) I got the call that my glasses were in. So, not only did I get glasses I loved at a fantastic price, but I got them quicker than what I was even told I would. Now, I've been wearing a pair of glasses I'd gotten from America's best from about 3 or 4 yrs ago, because my new puppies got hold of my last pair from about a yr or so ago, and id been struggling to see all this past year, having to squint or even take off my glasses to be able to read.....so, when I picked up my new pairs of glasses today, and put them on, it was such an overwhelming experience. I could see correctly for the first time in over a year (and I look awesome in them to boot!! ) Right then and there I couldn't help but start to tear up - when you can't see correctly for such a long time, then finally everything is clear - it's just overwhelming!! So, THANK YOU America's Best for having an amazing selection, amazing prices and above all an AMAZING staff!!! This is why I won't go anywhere else to get glasses and why I continue to recommend you to my friends that are looking to get glasses and/or contacts!!!! The quality, selection, price & service just CANNOT BE BEAT!!!”
