One was that we had a pertinent plumbing issue unrelated to the bathroom (that we did not know about), and for a reasonable fee, they fixed it for us. Another is that we had a somewhat embarrassing moment misunderstanding an installed accessory, and after the project was complete, they came over to show us how to properly use it. Just excellent.Yes, there are remodeling companies that cost less, but if you want a stress free experience with maximum customer service, I recommend choosing Big Bear.“

The sidewalk had settled again (this is a newer home) and had lifted again in a couple places- no fault of theirs, my house is just still settling hard.
