I cannot express the impressive workmanship that Chris & his son, Chris did on the basement. I was hoping Chris Sr. would be involved, and he set the bar high with the work he did on our previous house. He and his son, Chris, EXCEEDED our expectations. The little things - the details, clean-up, open communication, suggestions (when we asked for them) and overall pleasant personalities they both exhibited, were very much appreciated. I cannot speak highly enough about them. I am very appreciative that they worked on this project.The construction and staining of the window seat in the kitchen also was exceptional. I've always recommended Tamer Construction whenever someone mentions home renovation projects and I do not regret them assuming this project. It is most important to note that we were guided along the way in our decision making towards staying within our budget.We were very comfortable having the employees in our home, whether we were present or not. Everyone was very helpful. Whatever we needed and whatever we requested, Big Bear provided it to us. Two examples stand out. One was that we had a pertinent plumbing issue unrelated to the bathroom (that we did not know about), and for a reasonable fee, they fixed it for us. Another is that we had a somewhat embarrassing moment misunderstanding an installed accessory, and after the project was complete, they came over to show us how to properly use it. Just excellent.Yes, there are remodeling companies that cost less, but if you want a stress free experience with maximum customer service, I recommend choosing Big Bear.“
