My 84 year old Mother had a kitchen flood which required a renovation with insurance claim to complicate the matter.I have many years of experience with construction and renovation but live 700 miles away so I would be managing this project from a distance. I interviewed several construction companies over the phone and then talked with John the Owner of Sciarappa Construction, and knew they were the right company for the job.The project manager navigated the complicated Insurance Claim paperwork very efficiently and worked diligently to meet the budget with the added bonus of an upgrade to existing materials. John was on time and provided good answers and information for questions. Sciarappa Construction made me aware of tax credits I could use to offset the cost of my construction. No subcontractors were used and all the materials I were very good quality. The remodel of my bathroom was finished on time. I highly recommend!
