I've had 3 group sessions and 1 individual class I can feel the difference in my fitness levels, my ability to know when I'm doing something correctly and if not how to make the adjustments. She definitely works on your core but is open to address any areas you feel need improvement or just maintenance. She has a wonderful manner and communicates so effectively. I won't miss a class and neither should you !!“
