Lovethat they offer late night classes! The instructer I had was amazing was amazing. Wish she was available for more classes! I will be coming back for more classes during her time.

Hello! I’ve been going there for years and I enjoy the slow meditative strength training. You always hit core no matter what. Nothing gets those deeper layers better. I think it’s really important to train your core in a controlled environment so your back is stronger if your job involves lifting. My back pain caused by work is non existent now. Staff is nice as well.
