Since joining solidcore over a year and a half ago, I have seen changes in my body I have never achieved from any other workout. I feel so strong and confident and I am so beyond grateful for my solidcore family especially Brittany, Blaise, Mary, Kasey, Emily, April, Sara, Janine, Maria and Gail who pushed and encouraged me beyond what I thought I could ever achieve. If you asked me a year and a half ago to hold a plank I would literally laugh in your face. Now I'm doing 'cirus tricks' on sweatlana and feeling so damn strong showing up to class day in day out. Thank you all so much.

I just took my first solidcore class a couple weeks ago, and I'm absolutely obsessed. I tried lagree a few months ago when I was visiting a different state and I loved it, so I've been wanting to try out this place too. I've tried so many fitness classes in the past (I currently have pilates and cycle memberships), but this is by FAR the most challenging class I've ever taken. It literally works out every part of your body and gives you an insane burn that you'll be feeling over the next couple of days. I've been attending barre classes for about two months now.. The instructors are great always looking out for your postures and constantly encouraging you to do better. I highly recommend this studio.
