I started doing Pilates in June of 2021. Fast forward to October 5 2021 (4 months later) i am down 42 lbs. i found something i love and makes me feel great. I go every day, and hold myself accountable for taking that 50 min for myself. I have made great friends and met amazing instructors along the way. I love this studio because not only is it walking distance from my house, it feels like home when i go there. All the familiar faces and positive attitudes. I love purchasing there new merchandise -the socks, straps, sweatshirts, T-shirts, shorts. High quality products ❤️
Definitely, !!!friendly staff. Very clean … addressed my back issues , modified my exercise. Definitely would recommend. ❤️❤️
