With their therapy I was able to recover quickly and return back to physical activity fully without any pain or discomfort. The recovery process had its ups and downs but they were there to support me through it all. I’ve also had my son there when he had a sport injury. They are amazing!”
“Can't say enough great things about Brett & Apollo Performance! Brett is truly the trainer's trainer!!! (If you're a trainer or high level athlete and you're reading this....I can confirm HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!) By far the most knowledgeable PT I've come across, is an excellent listener & truly cares about his patients. Not only did I gain a ton knowledge about my body/biomechanics from our 12 weeks together, but I also took away a ton of fun exercises that I will continue to use in my programming. THANKS BRETT!!! Based on SportsPlus's outstanding five-star ratings and its convenient location close to my home, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did.<br>From my very first phone call through every visit, the entire team has made this a wonderful, positive experience.<br>The front desk staff is always welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere makes me actually look forward to my appointments.<br>They call me when something opens up knowing that I'm only walking distance away.<br>My therapist, Carl, has been incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and gentle in his approach. “I just completed 6 months of physical therapy at this wonderful facility. To sum up a review that I can go on and on about, MY EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL..... Souji is a beautiful, kind, compassionate about her job to care for her patients. When I began in January my level of pain was 10. This past Friday my pain level was 0. I enjoyed my time at Elite. Souji and her team are wonderful people. And Cleopatra, is a gem. When I started I felt like a scared patient but within my 3rd week, Cleopatra, Souji and team made me feel like I had a new group of friends. It was a pleasant experience and the best thing about Elite, no matter what any of them could be going through, they always had cheerful smiles. I will recommend Elite to anyone I know that needs p/t.”

“Derek is an amazing physical therapist/shoulder specialist! I’ve had frozen shoulder for over half a year. I was originally going to another PT with less than transparent billing practices despite my inquiries into billing. After I left that practice, I reached out to Derek to continue treatment. My first visit was a diagnostic visit was packed full of info and testing. He provided a very honest and solid approach to my recovery and was very transparent about billing. “We have been going to Power of Movement for over a year and I can wholeheartedly say that all the therapists here are absolutely amazing at what they do! They are extremely knowledgeable and gentle with their approach, and caters the therapy sessions to suit the needs of the individual child. “Doctor Gao is a terrific doctor: he listens to you and helps you understand the issue you're dealing with patiently and with great articulation. His treatments (acupuncture and physical therapy) are productive and he and his staff will alter the programming based on how much time you have to spend on rehabilitation that day. It's a cozy office with a warm staff (not a physical fitness facility) where you go through your routine with constant oversight, progressing (or slowing down) depending on how your ailment is responding. The team really cares about you as an individual, where other PT facilities might be bigger with more personnel and available appointments, but you're going to be hard pressed to find a doctor more attentive or involved in your recovery. If you have a lingering injury, try Doctor Gao!”

“I was in terrible pain after a minor traffic incident caused a whiplash injury resulting in severe inflammation in my neck. A cervical x-ray reveled significant arthritis in my neck which I had previously been unaware of. I went to physical therapy and after a few weeks I had less pain and was able to function again. The physical therapist told me I had completed therapy so I assumed that being almost but not entirely pain free was my new normal given my diagnosis of arthritis. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks the pain again began to increase to the point that daily activities were once again becoming difficult. That is when I started coming to Dr Wolin. Now, just a few weeks later, I am more pain free than I thought possible! He has helped me feel so much better that now I can forget that I ever had a problem with arthritis and inflammation in my neck. Dr Wolin is truly the best!”
“I recommend Abby extremely highly as she has significantly changed my life. She evaluated my movement patterns and gave me a series of exercises that worked on previously neglected muscles and muscular connections and brought my body back into alignment. This alleviated my pain and muscular issues because by building up/causing the correct muscles to work, the muscles and parts of my body that I had always been compensating with could relax and function normally (rather than always being tight/painful). She essentially remodeled my body from head to toe through various targeted exercises that progressed to full body exercises. When I first went to Abby, I had hurt myself quite badly and was worried I would always have to deal with persistent muscle issues. Now, when I move I feel fluid and discomfort-free -- I feel better about my body now than I ever did before I hurt myself which is incredible given where I was when I first saw Abby. I have referred family members to Abby (2 others are working with her now), and I sincerely wish I had found her 10 years ago and fixed my movement patterns then. Abby has an incredible wealth of knowledge, either if you are a high level athlete or are struggling with pain/issues in daily life -- both of which I have been at times. She is outstanding.”
