“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry! From his step-by-step instructions and demonstrations, knowing when I needed to take a break, introducing me to new strengthening exercises to giving me encouragement to try a little harder. He also showed me exercises I could do at home and recommended some approved exercise items to improve my recovery.
