Every session has been an amazing experience, the staff is friendly, treats patients with great compassion and enthusiasm, the facility is always kept clean and hygienic and more importantly their knowledge helps us get better. Even though my knee has started to feel good now and I feel better I wish to continue my visit here and continue my fitness journey there. This is the best places to all your therapy needs. Thank you Dr. Shah for your regular follow ups and checking upon each patient personally, your devotion has helped me get through the pain, I will always be grateful.

An absolutely fantastic comprehensive highly recommended practice with passionate compassionate Director Dr. Nidhi Shah! Dr. Shah diligently followed my progress for 4 months from discomfort and unfit due to my condition to building my strength and endurance once again! She accomplished this by encouraging and motivating me to keep pushing through during hard days! Always available on cell and when she treats you, you are the only patient in her world! This is the absolute best place to go for physical therapy in Westchester County! I have undergone a major spine surgery myself at 15 and Dr. Nidhi has worked with me for about 2 years now. The rest of the staff is amazing and are really there to help u with whatever u need. As someone who has previously gone to 2 different physical therapy clinics locally, this is the best one I have been to by far. All the staff there are extremely kind, honest and professional. As someone who has had to re-learn how to do Basic exercises, going to PT here has given me more strength for sports and everyday life. Definitely come here if u want to be pain free!
