I love the group fitness classes! Oliver and his team create motivating challenges that encourage everyone to push themselves, while still being thoughtful and supportive of individual limitations and the need for modifications. Iron Health is an amazing small, private training gym with a supportive and motivating environment. The space is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming for all fitness levels.
