After graduating freshman year of high school, my daughter was playing national softball events. During one of the games, she tore her labrum on her non-throwing arm. DR. Brett was involved in the process from the beginning. After surgery, DR. Brett coordinated with the surgeon and recommended a physical therapist which my insurance covers. The additional specific physical therapy that DR. Brett provided was amazing. I can’t say enough about Brett’s thoughtful and integrated approach. I first came to him with horrible sciatica pain. Not only did he quickly relieve my pain, but he put me on a path for lasting relief, injury prevention and functional change. As a former college athlete and fitness enthusiast, I have had my fair share of injuries and treatments. Prior to working with Brett I had terrible back pain when playing baseball for the past year and a half. After working with Brett for 2 months not only did my pain go away but I had a much better understanding on how to move my body and what I can do on my own to help mediate the pain if it ever were to come back.
