“I was in terrible pain after a minor traffic incident caused a whiplash injury resulting in severe inflammation in my neck. A cervical x-ray reveled significant arthritis in my neck which I had previously been unaware of. I went to physical therapy and after a few weeks I had less pain and was able to function again. The physical therapist told me I had completed therapy so I assumed that being almost but not entirely pain free was my new normal given my diagnosis of arthritis. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks the pain again began to increase to the point that daily activities were once again becoming difficult. That is when I started coming to Dr Wolin. Now, just a few weeks later, I am more pain free than I thought possible! He has helped me feel so much better that now I can forget that I ever had a problem with arthritis and inflammation in my neck. Dr Wolin is truly the best!”

Based on SportsPlus's outstanding five-star ratings and its convenient location close to my home, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did.<br>From my very first phone call through every visit, the entire team has made this a wonderful, positive experience.<br>The front desk staff is always welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere makes me actually look forward to my appointments.<br>They call me when something opens up knowing that I'm only walking distance away.<br>My therapist, Carl, has been incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and gentle in his approach. After my total knee replacement only 3 weeks ago, he is still guiding me through every step of my recovery, and together we've made tremendous progress.<br>I also received treatment from Alex who is equally helpful and supportive.<br>Even my surgeon has been extremely impressed with how well I'm doing, and my range of motion.<br>If you're trying to decide where to go for physical therapy, I can confidently say you've found the right place.<br>I highly recommend SportsPlus and if you have the opportunity to work with Carl, or Alex you'll be in excellent hands!<br>The office also has a Chiropractor on staff but I have not tried his services yet!<br>I may in the future as l am a firm believer in chiropractic care.”
“Elite is awesome! Unfortunately I have been hurt more than a few times lol. Every time I went to Elite I’m met w/awesome providers that are in tune with their professional practice and exude care. You are given excellent treatment but they frequently check in with you to monitor your progress and adjust care if needed. The place is clean and neat and from the admins at the front desk, to those that assist in your care and those that treat you, even to owners who are hands on, they all provide an awesome experience in a time in your life when you aren’t your best and need that attention and support. “I sit here writing this review the night before my 6 year old son’s swimming championships. Something that NEVER would have been possible before we met Dr. Dana and Dr. Mansi. Two years ago I was met by “he’ll grow out of it” or “just give him some time” from other health professionals, but in my “mom gut” I knew something wasn’t right. From my very first conversation with Dr. Dana I felt heard and validated and knew I had found the amazing team who would help my son. The differences in a year and half of PT are immeasurable. My son is enjoying things he used to be fearful of, balancing his body so much better and navigating spaces more confidently. I also love and appreciate the time that both Dr. Dana and Dr. Mansi take to speak with me about my son’s ongoing progress and explain things I had no prior knowledge of like retained reflexes and gravitational insecurity. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!⭐”

“We have been going to Power of Movement for over a year and I can wholeheartedly say that all the therapists here are absolutely amazing at what they do! They are extremely knowledgeable and gentle with their approach, and caters the therapy sessions to suit the needs of the individual child. It is very clear that they all genuinely care about the child’s healthy development and happiness. My son has learned to roll, crawl, stand, and walk with their help, and he is always excited to go to his PT/OT sessions at PoM! “Doctor Gao is a terrific doctor: he listens to you and helps you understand the issue you're dealing with patiently and with great articulation. His treatments (acupuncture and physical therapy) are productive and he and his staff will alter the programming based on how much time you have to spend on rehabilitation that day. It's a cozy office with a warm staff (not a physical fitness facility) where you go through your routine with constant oversight, progressing (or slowing down) depending on how your ailment is responding. The team really cares about you as an individual, where other PT facilities might be bigger with more personnel and available appointments, but you're going to be hard pressed to find a doctor more attentive or involved in your recovery. If you have a lingering injury, try Doctor Gao!”

“I recommend Abby extremely highly as she has significantly changed my life. She evaluated my movement patterns and gave me a series of exercises that worked on previously neglected muscles and muscular connections and brought my body back into alignment. This alleviated my pain and muscular issues because by building up/causing the correct muscles to work, the muscles and parts of my body that I had always been compensating with could relax and function normally (rather than always being tight/painful). She essentially remodeled my body from head to toe through various targeted exercises that progressed to full body exercises. When I first went to Abby, I had hurt myself quite badly and was worried I would always have to deal with persistent muscle issues. Now, when I move I feel fluid and discomfort-free -- I feel better about my body now than I ever did before I hurt myself which is incredible given where I was when I first saw Abby. I have referred family members to Abby (2 others are working with her now), and I sincerely wish I had found her 10 years ago and fixed my movement patterns then. Abby has an incredible wealth of knowledge, either if you are a high level athlete or are struggling with pain/issues in daily life -- both of which I have been at times. She is outstanding.”
