I recommend Abby extremely highly as she has significantly changed my life. She evaluated my movement patterns and gave me a series of exercises that worked on previously neglected muscles and muscular connections and brought my body back into alignment. This alleviated my pain and muscular issues because by building up/causing the correct muscles to work, the muscles and parts of my body that I had always been compensating with could relax and function normally (rather than always being tight/painful).
