I worked directly with Matt Ferris during the quoting process, and he stood out right away—very friendly, knowledgeable, well-prepared, and never pushy. His quote was in line with others I received, and his professionalism and approach gave me confidence that the job would be done right.
I really appreciated that they use their own crew rather than subcontracting the work, and that the job is overseen by a family member. With some larger companies, it can feel like everything is about volume and sales, but that personal, family-owned care really came through here.
When it came time for the installation, the team did an excellent job. They were courteous, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect my house and landscaping. Matt was also very responsive—he answered last-minute questions and even came on-site to make sure he fully understood what I was asking so he could provide accurate answers.
The cleanup was excellent as well—I could hardly tell they had been there. Communication throughout the process was also outstanding, especially with Darlene in the office, who was thorough and easy to work with.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and have already recommended them to others with confidence that they’ll be just as satisfied.

Today our area received about 4inches of rain. The perimeter drain that Dave and his crew installed in our yard removed all that water very quickly. We couldn't be happier with the results. Job well done.
I would recommend Walworth Animal Hospitalto anyone. They are very friendly and realy seem to love animals. They have taken great care of my lab.
With that said, I would never recommend anyone to purchase medicine from them. They are outrageous.
