“I came home from Florida to a freezing house. Ricky Tynes of Tangora Heating, Cooling,and Energy, came in to save the day. The system was shot. He came on Thursday night, the night I called, which was one of the coldest nights of the year and installed a new heating system in a day. I called other companies who let me know they could come the next day or the following Monday. One company told me they couldn't come unless my driveway was free of ice, salted and sanded. This was after an ice storm. Ricky and his crew did an excellent job. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up completely after themselves. They got the heat back on quickly. A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair.
