Ben was punctual, professional, and thorough. He explained everything to me about what he had found wrong with the oil furnace service and show me the parts that were replaced. I would recommend Mohawk heating to any family or friend !
We were very happy with Tyler's work. He was on time, neat, and patiently answered all our questions about the condition of both the furnace and hot water heater. On time service by the technician. Though review by the technician of service performed and any issues noted. Due to no heat issues in the area, service was rescheduled, but understandable. I recommending using Mohawk for all your HVAC needs.
